There's' numerous "species" of people here that you will be able to befriend and potentially become your love partner. It's also worth noting that this game is friendly towards same-sex relationships. It doesn't matter if you want to date a male or female character this game will allow you to choose whomever you like. The game could also serve as a metaphor for interracial relationships as well. Within the 50 days it's your mission to eventually love and date a person of you choosing. I chose to like a cat-like lady. As you begin to get to know the person better, they question whether it is a good idea to date you or not. In their world humans are considered to be inferior and the creatures of that world should not be dating humans. I thought this was a good message as people should love whomever they want no matter where in the world they come from. 50 days of talking and impressing your potential partner can get a little repetitive after a while. Your main goal is to impress them enough to go out on a date with you. It gets a little long as you need 500 experience points first before you can go out on your date. As aforementioned there's a cat-lady you can befriend. There's also a vampire man and a dude with bunny ears that you can date with too. No matter who you talk with, it's best that you only talk to one person at a time. It's the fastest and best way that you will be able to get 500 experience points to date you partner and complete the game. Shells are the main source of currency in this imaginary world. You can earn more shells by collecting them at the beach. The more shells you collect you will be teased by a secret...Collecting shells is also great if you want to buy gifts for your potential partner too. You will need to buy them stuff they like or else you won't be able to date them! Dating Sim Academy is a fun simulated dating game that will be enjoyable for young girls. It's also a game that challenges the status quo that relationships can only work between a man and woman of the same race or color. It shows that modern society has changed a lot over the last few years and it's great to see that game developers have embraced this change in society.
